Originally from Iraq, Sazan immigrated to the United States as a refugee in 1999. Arriving without speaking English, she watched her family rebuild their lives through hard work and perseverance, values that continue to shape both her personal life and professional career today.

Before transitioning into real estate, Sazan pursued a career in nursing, where she developed the compassion, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills that have become the foundation of her approach to serving clients. She is also an animal lover with cats, dogs, birds, and even reptiles, she even shows Persian cats in CFA.
