FARsmas 2024: A Festive Celebration at Frank Albert’s Seminole Heights Home
PHOTOS BELOW at the bottom!! This year’s FARsmas party was nothing short of spectacular! Hosted at home in Seminole Heights, the event brought together over 65 guests (including FAR agents and their guests) to celebrate the holiday season in true Frank Albert Realty fashion. The night was filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable moments, making it one for the books.
A Grand Entrance
Guests were welcomed in style with a fabulous red carpet leading to a breathtaking entrance. The pathway featured a beautiful snow-filled arch adorned with gorgeous cream and gold oversized ornaments. This was followed by a dreamy walkway lined with hundreds of dimly lit candles and vibrant poinsettias, creating a truly magical and festive first impression.
Mini Ponies Turned Reindeer
A special shoutout to our friends Nick Briggs and Courtney Arruda, who made the evening magical with their adorable mini ponies dressed as reindeer. They were an absolute hit, providing the perfect photo op and a whimsical holiday touch to the event.
Culinary Delights Catered by Cacciatore and Sons
No FARsmas party is complete without amazing food, and this year’s catering from Cacciatore and Sons did not disappoint. Their delicious spread was a crowd-pleaser, adding a flavorful flair to our festive gathering.
Live Performances by @DileesaVocalCoach
The entertainment for the evening was nothing short of phenomenal, thanks to live performances by the incredibly talented @DileesaVocalCoach. Her soulful melodies and engaging presence created a lively atmosphere that kept everyone entertained throughout the night.
Stunning Decorations by Erin Wertman and Devi Vernon
The holiday décor was on another level this year, thanks to Erin Wertman and Devi Vernon. Their artistic vision transformed the home into a winter wonderland, with dazzling decorations that perfectly captured the holiday spirit.
Flowers by Kristin Brown of Tribe Seminole Heights
Kristin Brown from Tribe Seminole Heights provided breathtaking flower arrangements that added an elegant touch to the party. The blooms were a beautiful complement to the festive atmosphere.
Helping Hands and Heartfelt Thanks
This incredible event wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work and dedication of Jeremy Santiago, Monte Lewis, Fif Crenshaw, Nathan Owens, Zuly Gonzalez, Lottie Chancey, Susan Brown and Chris Brown. Your help and support made everything run smoothly, and we're beyond grateful. We're probably forgetting a few people and we apologize if we're forgetting you!
Cocktails by Hannah Poirier
A special mention to Hannah Poirier (our annual bartender of choice) for her amazing bartending skills by the pool! She kept the drinks flowing all night, serving up crowd favorites like "The Grinch" cocktail and festive shots that added an extra sparkle to the celebration.
Sipping Wine in "The Wine Seller"
One of the unique highlights of the evening was enjoying wine in the rare Florida basement wine cellar, branded as "The Wine Seller." This real estate-inspired play on words added a fun "speak easy" element to the celebration this year, making it a memorable spot for guests to gather and toast to the holiday season.
