FARSMAS 2025: How Frank Albert Realty Celebrated the Holidays in a Historic Seminole Heights Bungalow
At Frank Albert Realty, our annual FARSMAS holiday party isn’t just a celebration, it’s a tradition. And this year’s event, held on Saturday, December 6, proved once again that nothing (not even a little rain) can dampen the FAR spirit.
Despite the weather, our team showed up ready to celebrate a year of hard work, resilience, and success in a real estate market that certainly kept us on our toes. Rain or shine, FARSMAS delivered the wow factor we’re known for.
A Feast Worth Celebrating 🍽️
Food is always a highlight, and this year did not disappoint. Catering was provided by the iconic Anthony and Sons on Armenia Avenue, serving up a spread that had everyone going back for seconds (and thirds).

Sweet Details That Made the Night ✨🧁
Dessert was just as impressive. Guests enjoyed an array of vanilla and chocolate cupcakes topped with rich buttercream frosting, finished with festive FAR logos and holiday designs.
Adding to the magic were Christmas tree displays made entirely of powdered donuts, fresh strawberries, and Ferrero Rocher chocolates, equal parts stunning and delicious.
Décor That Stopped Everyone at the Door 🎄🔥
When it comes to décor, FAR never misses and FARSMAS 2025 was no exception. Even indoors, we created a jaw-dropping entrance featuring three real Christmas trees, flocked in red, setting the tone the moment guests arrived.
It was festive, bold, and unforgettable — exactly how we like it.
Cocktails, Games & Non-Stop Laughter 🍸😂
Our bartender stayed busy all night as we toasted to teamwork, growth, and making it through a challenging year in real estate together.
The games kept the laughs coming, thanks to top agent Courtney Poe, who took the reins and absolutely delivered.

A Historic Setting in the Heart of Seminole Heights 🏡🎄
This year’s FARSMAS celebration was hosted in Seminole Heights, at Frank Albert’s personal residence, a historic 1900 bungalow that perfectly set the tone for an intimate, character-filled holiday gathering.
With its original charm, timeless architectural details, and warm neighborhood energy, the home was the ideal backdrop for an evening rooted in tradition, celebration, and community. Even with the rain outside, the atmosphere inside was nothing short of magical — proof that great homes (and great parties) are all about how they make you feel.

FARSMAS 2025 was everything we hoped for- joyful, festive, and full of gratitude. We laughed, we ate, we drank, and we were very merry.
