Frank Albert is the broker and owner of Frank Albert Realty, a premier boutique real estate brokerage in Tampa, FL. Born in New Jersey, raised in South Florida, and a UCF alum with a B.S. in Psychology, Frank jokes that his degree comes in handy when negotiating deals or calming stressed buyers, sellers, and one of the company's many successful agents.

Frank moved to Tampa at 19, purchasing his first home shortly after, and has been immersed in the real estate world ever since. Known for his relentless work ethic, cutting-edge marketing strategies, and deep knowledge of Tampa’s unique market, Frank is passionate about helping his clients achieve their real estate dreams. He refers to himself as a workaholic, and one of his favorite quotes that he lives by is "if you love what you do, then you never have to work a day in your life."

When he’s not helping home sellers maximize their sale prices, guiding builders/developers towards/away from new projects, or helping investors maximize their returns, Frank is busy leading a team of exceptional Realtors committed to delivering unmatched service. With years of experience and a love for Tampa, Frank’s goal is to make every transaction smooth, informed, and—most importantly—successful.

In 2011, Frank got licensed in real estate. In 2015 he started Sublime Staging, now one of Tampa's largest and most prestigious home staging companies. In 2016, he started a real estate team which rapidly grew to a real estate brokerage of his own. He envisioned a TEAM of the best real estate agents in Tampa, all working together not just as colleagues but as friends who could combine their hard work, network and businesses to become the best real estate brokerage in all of Tampa Bay. In just a few short years they've already become the best real estate brokerage with a brick and mortar in Seminole Heights, and they're quickly expanding out across the Tampa Bay Area.
